About
I started coding at the age of fourteen. As a self-taught coder, I was lucky to turn my hobby into a career. I have worked on a wide range of international, highly complex IT systems during my professional career. I have always made an effort to be involved in every project phase, including leading and supervising project teams in a multi-project environment. These have given me a wide range of knowledge and experience beyond software development.
I've completed the Software Management MS program, and I’m currently attending my second MS program in Information Systems to gain a broader perspective on system knowledge. And I'm planning to apply for the Ph.D. program in that area.

I supervise seven different agile teams that include software developers, business analysts, subject-matter experts, and graphic designers. I am working with the team leaders and the team members to plan their sprints, assess their deliverables, and steer their projects through the expectations of upper management of the Ministry. I am also responsible for defining and improving the software lifecycle, software processes, and technical procedures, like DevOps - CI/CD, in the software division.
I was responsible for the development of solutions for the Ministry both internally and between institutions in the framework of a United Nations Development Program project. I mainly undertake analysis, planning, and software development as well as management.
